is Parchment Craft?
It’s an ancient art using a variety of tools and techniques on parchment paper to produce stunning results.
The basic techniques are much easier to learn than you might imagine when looking at the finished item. Only a few of the tools and one lesson are needed to make the butterfly card at the front of the top photograph and after that you can move on to grid work, lace and painting methods. The lily birthday card uses all these techniques.
This is not a craft that produces instant results. It takes time and patience but is therapeutic and relaxing and the very special cards, pictures, boxes, ornaments, bookmarks, etc that you will make are well worth the effort.
